Weekly small group Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Classes
In this 6 week series you will learn how to connect to your core – pelvic floor, abdominal, back and breathing muscles. You will improve your posture, spinal
mobility exercises, breath work and core strengthening designed to
restore the body postpartum. Exercises will target common conditions
such as urinary incontinence, prolapse and diastasis (DRA).
